WAYS TO ORDER

INTERNET ORDERS
Visit our website at www.guchet.com and place your order.

• After completing the order form, you can email it to us at guchetyarn@gmail.com
• We will acknowledge your order and provide shipment-tracking information to you via email.
• A copy of your invoice will be included in your shipment.

ORDER POLICY

Please submit your order at GuChet.com.

  • After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email within 5 minutes of completing your order.

  • We pride ourselves on getting GuChet orders on their way quickly and efficiently.

PROCESSING TIME

  • While our average processing time is 36 hours, unfortunately, on occasion, it can take 3-4 business days to pick, pack and ship your order. 

  • All orders are picked, packed and shipped on a “first come, first serve” basis.

  • If you need expedited processing, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate your need, but can’t guarantee anything.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your Order Confirmation Email should arrive in your email box within minutes after your order has been completed.

  • If, for some reason, you do not get any of these emails, please check your spam/junk folders before requesting copies.

  • Since the "copy" email will be coming from the same email address this is likely to end up in the same spam/junk folder as well unless you have previously accepted emails from guchetyarn@gmail.com and marked them as safe.

  • If you have not received any of the above-listed emails, please let us know at guchetyarn@gmail.com  and we'll be happy to re-send them.


TRACK MY ORDER

YES! Tracking is available for all packages shipped.

  • When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a "Tracking Confirmation" email.

  • In this email, you will find the tracking number.

  • If you click on this number, you will be sent to the carriers’ site where you can track your order from our door to yours.

  • Please note: It may take 24 to 48 hours after your order ships for the carrier to update its tracking information.

TRACKING SAYS YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT SEEN IT

  1. Please check with other household members to make sure they did not receive it and forget about it.

  2. Check with neighbors; it may have been delivered to the wrong address.

  3. Call your local post office and request they check for it there.

  4. If all of this fails to produce your package, please contact us at guchetyarn@gmail.com.

NOTE: We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern time, via email. Emails received after 4:00 pm will be received the next business day.

ORDER CHANGES 

  • We’re unable to make changes to orders already in our system.

  • We can cancel the order, at which time you will need to place a new order with the correct items and quantities.

CANCELLATIONS 

  • If you'd like to cancel your order, please email customer service at guchetyarn@gmail.com

  • For the most efficient service, please supply your Name, Order Number, and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

  • We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if we receive your request before your order has been shipped.

  • We pride ourselves on getting GuChet orders on their way quickly and efficiently, so the sooner you email us, the better.

  • Once your package has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

  • When you receive it, please return it to us at the address on the shipping label.

  • However, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges.

  • NOTE: We may need up to 3 days (excluding weekends and US Federal holidays) to process your order. However, there is a chance that we could have your order picked and processed within hours of the time you place it, making it necessary for you to contact customer service as soon as possible with your request to change/cancel your order.


BACKORDERS
We strive to fill everyone's order efficiently and completely, occasionally the available quantity of an item is not sufficient to fulfill all incoming orders for that particular product.

  • If you place an order for the product and we do run out of stock, that item will automatically be canceled from the order and you will be issued a refund.

  • If we had to cancel an item from your order, you will receive notification via email with the details of the refund; item, quantity, and amount.

  • This notification will be sent to the email account used at the time of your order.

  • If you still want the remainder of your order, please return to guchet.com to place another order for the items previously out of stock.

DOWNLOAD FREE E-BOOKS AND PATTERNS

To download a free pattern or ebook, please click on “Add to Cart” underneath the description.

  • You will need the free Adobe Acrobat PDF reader to open the free pattern or ebook.

  • After you open it you may save it to your computer or device.

 DISCONTINUED ITEMS

All the yarns we have available are located on the site.

  • If you do not find the yarn or color you are looking for, more than likely it has been discontinued.

  • We do not keep a back-stock of any of our yarns; once they are discontinued and sold out they are no longer available through us.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange an item purchased through GuChet.com or through Etsy.com

  • If you order something and upon receiving it have decided it is not what you want for whatever reason, please return according to return procedure and reorder any other items you may want in place of it.

HOW DOES EXPEDITED SHIPPING WORK?

Expedited shipping only speeds up the shipping process. We still need time to process and fill all orders.

  • If you choose "2 Day Shipping" the clock starts at the time the carrier service picks your order up from us.

  • When calculating your arrival date, please only include business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays).

  • These are not delivery dates from the time you place your order; you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email when your order is ready to leave our warehouse. 
    NOTE: Adverse weather occasionally delays the delivery of expedited parcels. Please note we cannot guarantee 2-Day delivery during extreme weather conditions. Deliveries delayed due to extreme weather conditions will not be refunded.

ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER?

Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern time, via email. Any email received after 4:00 pm will be received the next business day.

  • Your package will ship to the shipping address you supplied with your order.

  • If your package is returned to us because there is a mistake or missing information in the shipping address you provided, the order will be processed as a return, the item will be returned to stock and you will receive a complete refund for the products only; shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • If you would still like the item(s) you ordered, you will need to return to GuChet.com to reorder your items.

  • If we made the error on the shipping label, we will, of course, pay the re-ship charges. Please make sure you enter your correct address, suite, and/or apartment number.

  • Our shippers are aware of all parcels being shipped to individuals.

  • If you are shipping to a business, be sure to supply the name of the business along with a C/O name.

  • P.O. Box vs. Physical Address: If you have a P.O. Box, please enter its information on one address line and your physical address on the second address line; this will help ensure you receive your package in the least amount of time.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
GuChet is committed to providing the most secure online shopping experience possible. Your credit card and purchases are safe and secure. 

  • We use secure servers and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data.

  • Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

  • For additional information on how GuChet maintains your privacy and security, please refer to our Privacy Statement.

  • When you finish adding items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and fill in the required information including the method of payment.

  • Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase.

PRICING 
Pricing is in US currency only. Shipping is separate.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the State or Province to which the item is shipped.

RETURN POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and all orders are carefully picked and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, simply email us at guchetyarn@gmail.com.

  • For the most efficient service supply your Name, Order Number, Email/Phone Number, and we will do our utmost to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

  • Full refunds will be issued for item returns that have been received within 30 days of the date your order shipped.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the time your package is received for processing.
